This is where I build with AI as a material instead of a feature. Most of it is experiments. Some of them turn into real things. This site is one.

The through-line is old. For years I could see the whole thing but had to hand each piece to a specialist to build. AI lets me hold the whole thing again, from the understanding all the way to the built version. I’m still learning what that makes me. The work below is me finding out in public.

I lead the experience side of a credit union’s digital banking. That sounds like screens and buttons. It’s really about one thing. Does this actually help a member get ahead, and do they believe we’re on their side while it happens?

That belief is the actual product. You can’t ship it directly. You build toward it. In how personal the app feels. In whether the next right step is obvious. In whether the honest answer is ever allowed to beat the profitable one. My work is to hold that whole picture across a lot of teams and releases, and keep it pointed at the member.
